Have to reboot when i have been watching a recording

Hi
I have to reboot my ZGEMMA H.2S every time i have watched a recording, when i stop the recordind and go to the tv programs it just comes up blank so have to reboot, also i have to set EPG every time manualy, hope someone can help as i am a complete novice!

How many sat cables have you got connected to your sat box. if only one you will need to disable tuner B. and that also may be because the EPG is not updating too.
 
Are you running CCcam or MgCam, because it could be your Cam is going to sleep. When it happens again, go to Menu > Infopanel > Softcam Panel and Green to restart. Let us know if that works.
 
There are two cables in the box.

To be honest i know nothing about setting these boxes up, i am not very good on these things
 
Are you using one of the image builds of here, or did you set the box up from scratch yourself. and which image you using.
 
I bought the box from the satman ready to go, but now I can not get hold of the bloke, I do not know anything about how to set them up, it works ok but very annoying when you have to reboot whe you have been watching a recording!

I bought it of THE SKY GUY
I could realy do with some help with this as i know nothing about the boxes, I can not find soft cam panel!
I can find my way around the box but do not want to touch anything that i shouldn't.

Maybe you should save a copy of your line and flash wooshbuild v5. Then follow the setup instructions.
 
Sorry asmad but i have not got a clew how to do that! I could do with finding someone local to me to set the box up again or just sort it out.
 
Do Not do any flashing of your Box till you have a copy of your Line details Otherwise you will need to purchase a new 1

That's the box crashing screen. Maybe something up with the software or could be out of memory. Does the box have a USB memory stick or micro SD card for recordings?

My mates box was set to record to internal memory and crashed constantly like that.
 
Have you online updated your box by any chance as that would cause your box to keep crashing like that all the time
