Having trouble deleting a plugin

Hi guys, I am having trouble deleting a plugin called XtreamTV, I am using latest Whooshbuild, when I go in to Menu, Plugins and press RED to remove plugins the XtreamTV plugin is not listed in extensions (or any of the other categories for that matter) I have been able to delete it using Dream Explorer and found it in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions/ but it seems to be still stored somewhere else, I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find it. Anyone have any idea anywhere else in files it could possibly be stored? Many thanks in advance.
 
Have found a way to do this using Putty and telnet 'opkg remove XtreamTV' but still open to any suggestions to where this is stored.
