HD channels

Hi I have lost all hd channels on my H2 box tonight. I have tried resetting the box with the button on the back of the box also unplugged and reset my virgin hub but the only channels I can get are FTA channels any advice would be welcome

I take it you've lost even SD premium channels? Have you contacted your server?

Yes I have on both but still waiting for him to get back to me GUTTED

Ok. Sounds like your supplier. Do a network test just to make sure your box is still connected.

Thanks done that all seems fine the cccam has also got a green tick in the box so I presume its connected

You could always get a test and buy a backup from the recommend a server section.

Thanks I will have to go down that route if he doesn't get back to me soon but im on holiday all next week so only one more day to get it sorted
