Help needed for starview 5 usb

Hey was wondering if anyone knew what the firmware for the starview usb 5 is., cannot find it anywere and would be greatful for any help.

Cheers for the firmware mate. It loaded on fine to the box but when i do a channel scan but nothing at all is coming up (no channels) any ideas as to what this could be

Make sure the coaxial cable is in CABLE INPUT at the back of the box & Scart is in TV slot also & secure

Press Menu, installation, OK on the remote, & go to automatic scan.
Scan on your provider > channels found. Exit back out.

Menu > 1570
Turn keycode on & set default key.
Exit to a premium channel (sky movies, sports etc) & let it update.

Cheers mate tried doing all that but still no luck finding any channels, key code are all right but doesnt seem to be picking any up

hello.
hope you can help only just got my starview5 box .it found 276 channels they were working,but now getting black screen on most of the kids channels.lost fx and some of the others.tried factory setting and looking for the channels again but still getting black screen i have got the key on.but still getting nothing on the same channels.will this up date work or is this the start of the end of getting virgin on this box

Unfortunately the Kent area has switched to nagra 3 & all channels will go eventually.

wouldnt waste your time mate as your area is already on N3 so nothing is going to work sorry :(
