Help needed please ..

I have a zgemma mb h2s box and it was factory reset. I have it back up and running ( barely ) . I have also installed xtream and have my m3u link etc sent via putty.
But I cant get it to work my new IPTV subscription regardless what I try. one of the problems I have found is no lineid in extreme.
Any suggestions welcome before my wife goes nuts at me ( trying to install since last night )

no unfortunately I didn't.

When you say xtreme what do you mean? Is it the xtream editor app or the xtream codes plugin?

sounds like he hasn't added you to his xtream editor panel bud, on the plugin you get a code that you need to supply to them once he has code and linked it to your user and pass then you press yellow to get settings and blue to load them.
