Cable Help needed with star h1

Hi i have a zgemma h1 had everything working then i get nothing no channels no epg when i do scan with aoutobouqets i juat get tuner lock screen can anyone help me thanks

Check your cable connections at the back. In the tuner configuration menu make sure your tuners are enabled

depending on your setup, i'm assuming that you only have 1 cable feed into the zgemma

check the following:

- that your cable feed is going into the right port
- setup > service searching > tuner configuration > tuner a disabled, tuner b enabled with your correct network ID. Save
- setup > service searching >AutoBouquetsMaker > Providers > Virgin: Yes, Correct Network ID Save
Start Scan.
