Cable help please stuck at one bit

Hi

Have zgemma h1, followed the H1 VM setup , when i get to the open tv provider, there is no VM in there and , the next part download now , i get cross epg error . no dvb-s nims , thought i was going well!!

hi i never ticked anything in the open tv part, and it downloaded, but now i can't get any channels to come on, not even freeview

open tv is Sky only.
