Help please with video doorbells

I hope this is the right forum. Last week my Eufy 340 doorbell stopped ringing the separate Eufy chime. While trying to fix it the 340 unpaired with my Wi-Fi and I could reconnect.
I gave up and bought a tp-link Tapo d210 video doorbell. I’ve been trying to connect that up through the Tapo app. It prompts for my Wi-Fi, then says incorrect password.
I’ve tried on my mobile, my iPad. The SSID is not hidden and I’ve checked it’s a 2.4 network.
Amy help appreciated.

Two doorbells and neither could connect to your WiFi, the second one has told you the problem, you've put the wrong password in.
I know you think you've put the right one in, but you've not 👍

Hi. Thanks for your reply. My Internet provider is Zen. They give you a main WiFi and a guest WiFi. Just logged into my laptop OK on each with the password I used on the doorbells.

Are both devices on the same nework? The reason that you have a guest network is so that devices on the guest network cannot access devices on the main network.

Delete Tapo app and reinstall
Reset camera doorbell and start again..I have same doorbell and was set up in 2 minutes no issues
Also camera can only use 2.4ghz network

Edit the guest wifi password in the router, make it simple like TKFORUM2026, people tend to make things difficult using passwords like ilIjlIngi11ij which are easily entered incorrectly
