Hi couple of questions.
1. Tried to install smart iptv on friends smart Samsung tv but wouldn't let me, do i have to install via Samgung app store direct??

2. my friend has a Meelo box , i am not familiar with these boxes, can i install app that allows iptv on this box.

What do you mean wouldn't let you? Did you search and find the app? Or did it not appear?

Got it , just downloaded from Samsung App Store . Originally tried to download apk but it wouldn't download but thanks for reply
