Help reqd - Skybox

hi all - my Skybox keeps 'scrambling' - I can accept this but if there is someway/anyway I can reduce the number of times this happens, I'll be a lot happier !! I accept that the whole system is internet based and liable to scrambling etc but I have 'NowTV', again internet based, but no scrambling/pausing with this, can someone explain what happens? (like Im a 5yr old!!)

have you got it setup on a wireless connection this will cause the problem.
check download speed should be above 2 meg at all times
check ping rate
if all the above are ok. it will be your server over subscribed
