Hi Guys i hope this will help you in the Removal of all those seemingly impossible to get rid of Toolbars that appear along with important downloads, i am not going to put links you can seek out the tools yourself, this is not my own teachings, it is just something i have read along the way, but hey how do any of us learn if not from others.

You need.

1. "JRT" which is "Junk removal tool". Download and run, allow to finish, it will place a Log on your desktop at the end/when complete, as to what it has found and removed.
2. "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" Now Run this Malware removal tool.
3. "ADWCleaner.exe" This is the last one to Run and in my view the best part, it will complete very Quickly, just follow the instructions (very simple), it will restart your computer, and again place a log file on your Desktop.

I always run spyware search and destroy at the end if there is a big Log file.

I hope this is of help to you and seen as Useful addition to the Forum, i know it saved me going bald a few times.

So happy Christmas to you all and a Happy new year.

Yes Danez,
I use the same tools every day. Also a good tool is Emsisoft Anti-Malware 8.1
You can run this in freeware mode and is very good and free.

as long as you open your eyes when installing software you wont need any off the above.

a lot say you need to install software (toolbars), but a simple click on advance settings normally means you can untick addons like bars ect.

i stopped using the above about 3 years ago and only have ccleaner for IF i need to remove rubbish from laptop ( better then control panel)

just an addendum, rule 1.know your enemy.find out what you have so you can select the appropriate tool to get rid of it.every time i see a thread on any forum im on regarding this i always ask for the av,malware log. it hard to fight malware if you dont even know what it is.

Will give this a go if I have any more problems, spent about 2 hours the other day
getting all the pop up crap and different search tools looping around and low memory warnings, need I go on !!!
off my daughters laptop, doing it one by one.

It was almost unusable for internet searches, she is only 11 so she is not to know what shes clicking on.

Who Added that "Sparktrust Link to my post, can you remove it please, it is nothing to do with my post at all, it is not a free software it is Maleware, Mods please remove.
Thanks

I don't see any links in your original post Danez. where do you think it is mate. I can't even see the word sparktrust.

bees, let me get this right, you have an 11 year old daughter that uses a laptop with full administrator rights ?!
first off, set an "Administrator" account (with password) and DON'T let your daughter have the password, then set her account to "user" (password optional), this way she can not install any programmes/crap on the PC
Buy/install a programme called "Net Nanny" by far the best parental software out there (you can limit internet times, keywords, over 18 stuff, social networking, literally everything) you can access it remotely from any pc and even check everywhere she has been on the internet should you feel the need
As for antivirus/antimalware you only need a good free antivirus avg, Avast etc (my personal preference is Avast) and download Malwarebytes, run the free trial (get a keygen off the internet as their readily available and insert key....job done)

All this is from personal experience as I have done the above loads of times for customers and not one of them has ever had the same issues again
Hope that's of help to you (and others)

This has me curious too. Take a screenshot of where you see this link on your post....

Remember ad block doesn't do us any favours here seen as we depend on google ads to keep the forum going but you should not be getting any popups on TK unless you have spyware/adware on your PC/Laptop.
