HELP with openbox

I updated my openbox monthly subscription with a one off payment it lasted about 1 and half weeks and now for the last 3 weeks been saying scrambled.. on the login part it keeps saying online then offline.. iv tried everything I know.. I spoke to a friend whos a member on this site he told me to join and ask... so can you help me please.....
 
yes he told me to put 88888 in the port instead off 8888 but you cant leave the page with 88888 on it.. so contacted him again and had no reply...
 
Port is normally 5 figures long so you need
to go to CCcam client setup in the menu, use the manage option , edit your line
by adding the extra 8 in the port setting.

Save and reboot the box.
 
iv gone to my cccam then add account and it wont let me leave the account with 88888 in the port ?
 
Can't remember all the menus off the top of my head but I think you should be updating / editing
your existing line not adding.

Anyway, put your line details in a CCcam.cfg file and load it using a USB stick

for updating manually menu>ok on camds setup>ok on cccam client>ok on manage and configure> ok on cccam.cfg> ok on add> add the details and I think its green to connect
 
Normally with 4 port nos. you put a 0 infront so 08888.Try that.Assuming its a cline.If nline you need to change the protocol to newcamd
 
88888 wouldn't work as the highest port number is 65535 due to it being an unsigned integer. That was clearly a mistake on the part of the provider.
The fact it worked (even if only for two weeks) does seem to imply the problem is not at your satellite box.
Get your provider to check their end again or ask here for a test line.
