How do i Flash Meelo + SE?

Hi, i'm trying to flash iPab TV on to my meelo box but i dont have a clue how to do it? Can anyone help please?

Meelo is a clone of the Vu+ boxes, I don't think iPab works on clones, you will need to get clone safe images
