How do I turn off Audio Description Zgemma H7c

Hi I'm have a Zgemma H7 c box running Wooshbuild Infinity and UK cable. I need to turn off the audio description which I get on mainly ITV channels but could be more. I've looked for solutions on this forum but none worked. Any help much appreciated.

press yellow and changed which audio channel you're using?

Try updating Autobouquetmaker provider files, menu -> Setup -> Service Searching -> Autobouquetmaker -> Update Provider files. and then run a scan

Thanks that seems to have fixed it. It was driving me nuts!

There's no content on cable now.
What channels were giving you audio description?
Updating provider files won't work because there aren't any

I was watching channel 4 movie and must have inadvertently enabled narration. Pressing and holding the yellow button gave 2 options , narration or mpeg audio . Perfect on mpeg

Hi ,I’ve tried all the above but when switching from Nar no other audio will work. Must be something wrong in my settings somewhere. I only see the nar and ac3 option, no mpeg. The ac won’t give me any sound.

But it somat like this

Go to Menu -Setup -System -Language Selection.
Set Audio Language Selection 1 to English.
Change Prefer Audio Track Stored By Service to No.
Green button to save your changes.

Finally sorted it. The problem was I had open atv v.6.2, I upgraded to v.6.3 now works lovely 👍

That's still old and outdated version of openatv.

The latest version is 7.6.

Aye, i discovered that too, but, at least the audio is working now. Thatll do for me.
