How do you get rid of subtitles ?

Plugged in my Openbox V8s today and am finding my way around it but cant get rid of subtitles , in the instructions it says "Press the M/P key and you can switch the subtitles off , it brings up a box but where do I go from there ?
 
Thank you so much ,it worked ,maybe you could tell me how to make BBc South on 001 and ITV south be on 003, I find the instruction booklet very confusing .

Hi, to remove subtitles press M/P button ( big purple one) on micro panel select SBT option, you will be presented with subtitle language, scroll down to OFF and select, you should be all good....

If your remote has an "Audio" button, press that & select a different audio channel.

If you remote doesn't have an "Audio" button, press M/P button & select "Audio Switch LR" & select a different audio channel.

Where do you actually do this operation? On many of my films, subtitles appear but when I press the purple M/P button (whilst the film is on) nothing occurs? I do have a TV/STB button on my remote but when I press that RU (or something that looks like that) appears and I can't do anything with it???
