How to create your own channel

I have lost my named channel and don’t know how to get it back again
Would it be possible to get a step by step guide please
I am not really tech minded thank you

You can use Echanneliser download it to computer and play a bit till you get used to how it works!

No super dark I had it before I was able to get a step by step guide before but cannot see one on this site

You are talking about the 'favourites' bouquet?
You can name it what you like and put bbc1, sky sports news, Disney channel etc in there
