How to manually edit/update a frequency for skybox f3

Well one of my channels are not working and the frequnecy has changed on SKYBOX F3
I was wondering how i can update the frequency manually instead of a scan as it never updated.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is what frequency I have but don't know what I'm doing to use it:

12515.00MHz, pol.H (DVB-S SR:22000 FEC:5/6 SID:50308 PID:2323/2324)

Do an accurate scan not a blind scan, slow but should locate any frequency changes.

Do you need to delete all channels before doing the accurate scan?
