How to manually input c line on whooshbuild 3.....

Hi guys. How do I input a new line without using a USB stick? I am unable to use a device to format any of my usbs and the box won't recognise the cccam.ftg file. Currently using wooshbuild 3.03

I seen someone say about filezilla on another thread but I couldn't find it in the plug in list. I have dreambox explorer but it didn't find the file and it doesn't seem like you can edit on that plug in anyway
