Have you tried running autoboquets scan first, cross epg don't work well for me on cable, I tend to use EPG-refresh plugin on cable

Something wrong with the signal to your tuner then......make sure cables tight at the splitters, and you have used an adapter to connect the cable feed to tuner b? Is this a new set up or has it worked before on cable for you and just went off?

no i get all the channels , its just download now in cross epg gives that message , didnt in the past

But ABM fails to scan? You will have to get ABM scan working, in the meantime you could install the EPG-refresh plugin or just leave it on the VM Movie preview channel for 5 mins and it will populate?
Check all your cables and connections and see if any have became loose. I've seen some people having to do a full scan manually in service searching

No, your ABM freqs seem out of date, you need to get ABM scan working to update your bouquets.
