Hi guys have just added vermin line to my h2h box and find that some channels working ok instant start but some are very slow to open and some wont open at all...have been intouch with chap i had line off and he said all lines working ok must be my box, what can i check to find problem...my internet seem fine and i have box connected direct to router all connections tight...am at a loss could it be settings problem.

go to menu>setup>service searching>autobouquetsmaker>update config files
then perform a scan

if you do as above and still have an issue then request a test line to compare. you probably bought your line from a re-seller, and its maxed out for sharing hence the slow to load a channel. this causes freezing. highly unlikely its your box or cam as some channels clear fine.

Thanks for info,Did try and did come up as updated...its better than it was but some channels wont clear.
Am thinking of reflashing box have willow build on now am going to try grog build been told its the best.

Probably not willows mage did you take a test line like what had been mentioned to see if any improvement

ye me son had a line which sounds the same as his got him a different line and all was ok so sounds to me as you said baz provider
