Hi.
I am using two software versions on my LG Tv, one being IPTVSmarters, the other IBO Player. Two providers one works perfectly and the other says invalid account. At one time both worked with IPTV Smarters, i know the information i have provided is correct on both accounts. Neither me or my provider can seem to work this out. Both work fine when using software not associated with my LG Tv. Inother words on a Box.

Any ideas folks.

Thanks

I installed IBO Player yesterday, and one provider says invalid. Yet the same provider works fine on apps not associated with the tv.

If the info is correct and one does not work on the Smarters app specifically from the LG/TV appstore - the provider has not paid Smarters/developers for their DNS to be embedded into the backend. Your provider should 100% be aware of this.

All apps on smart Tvs have to be paid for. Like i said get a decent android device or a fire stick and you will not have to worry about this and you will have a lot more freedom to use other apps at no extra cost.

Thank you to you all .What you say makes sense, i was aware that providers had to pay for LG Apps. And the fact one provider works and the other one does not, then that would explain it. You are correct i will find a stick of box, and save myself a headache.

Thanks

I have managed to find the issue. My internet provider as the virus alert switched on, in my account. When i switch it off, everything is fine. When i switch it on, then it blocks that provider, to my knowledge it must of been always been on, without previous issues. So not sure what as changed. Iwill just swerve the TV, and go for a stick or box.

Turn off any parental control settings as well mate

@tsmiggy Iptv smarters pro is free to use on LG TV’s and you don’t have to pay for all iptv apps on smart TVS as mentioned in this thread so that information is not correct.

Your provider should 100% be aware of this. The app is free to install but if above is not done then you can’t use the app for subscriptions

Even though i have got it working, i think it is time for a android box, but one without google tv. I do have a old one, but maybe now is a good time to update. Any suggestions folks.
