After buying a new TV and sound bar i noticed high volume on sound effects and low dialog on mainly films on IPTV. I was using TIVIMATE as the app for watching IPTV. Changed back to X3M and evreything seems to working. Tried all the settings on my sound bar and TV and this simple step seemed to sort it.
