ios 6.1.3. untethered jailbreak

i have ipod 4g running on 6.1.3
i had it jailbroken by myself working fine with numerous apps then it froze stopped working
itunes started updating apps on it and they were from somewere else, how did they know

1st question is is there an unteethered jailbreak for this at all
2nd question is what can i do from here

i had it jb
for like 3 hours stable and flawless then it reconised a download#
so had to be restored
wasnt with evasion though- whats all the password access about
