ZGEMMA H9 2H CANT FIND MY IP ADDRESS DONE USUAL MENU ,network nothing there can any one tell me how to find it please thanks mial

Turn off the caps lock please.
Unplug the router and zgemma from the socket.
Wait five minutes.
Plug in the router and wait for it to finish flashing and bootingvup.
Then plug in the zgemma and see if its connected.
You may also need to check the lan cable is tightly connected to router and box first
