Ip adress oxford

seen there was problems with not being able to put ip adress into box in oxford'
as the ip , or net add, was only showing up two digits,
has this been sorted now?
as i have been looking about, but cant see anything

You dont put an Ip into the box, the correct place for you to get your NET ID is only from your subbed vermin box, that will make sure you get the correct one 100%

i have a subbed vermin box, it only shows 2 numbers

The reason for only two digits is because the others are zeros, 00020 believe is Oxford using NTL,this MAY have changed to another provider.
Suggest factory reset and try other providers (TW 1st) if no Oxford try a NetID to an area close to Oxford,as they will use the same local news channels.

on the vermin box, it only shows 2 digits, so i woul assume from what ive read, thaat you should manually put the zeros in, but i am sure i read somewhere that you cant put the numbers in manualy, i dont have one of these boxes myself, it was another member from oxford area who was having probs, but thanks for your thoughts on subject

The NetID digits nor the areas are inserted manually,they appear together eg Oxford 00020
