Ipk file won't install

Hi all , I'm trying to update my slyk blue hd skin to latest version. I have ftp to box it's showing in install local extension / memory tmp I've selected and pressed install but the message tells me 0 packages installed 0 errors and that's it , any ideas anyone ?
I'm new to this so probably doing something simple wrongly.
 
Just switch to default skin first and then install it

And don't forget you have to press ok on it first to select it before pressing green
 
Tried that still no joy - once selected and ticked green then install it just says
Done installed upgraded or removed 0 packages with 0 errors
Surely it should say installed 1 package ?

Got same problem in whooshbuild. Tried loads of time how did you gix

No l did a school boy error.when I saved ipk it put a (1) in file name so box wouldn't recognise file

Hi, I have cccam 2.3.0 pre-installed on WooshBuild v7 but tried to install cccam 2.1.1 as provider suggested to change to this as I get a small amount of freezing on channels, but got IPK file and and I get 0 packages installed 0 errors. Any clues?.
