Ipod touch back up

Hi i have just updated my daughters ipod touch,and was in a hurry doing it because ther was a taxi waiting for her yo take her home to the airport so i thort it was done and took it out pf the pc but she as just let me know that is wiped clean , is ther a way of getting her back up off my itunes and sending it to her, on usb maybe
