After this length of time a decent provider would be around the blocks and have no need for a vpn but as stated above streams, panels etc go that far down the pecking order some resellers can not do anything about it because they are clueless to the original source.
A provider I use for cs also does iptv I remember when the EFL originally had the blocks put in his streams went off but then he said they were doing something their end to end all of this and it dont get blocked no more so I guess he must of been using cloudflare then.
