Advice given by my provider...

If you are using the wooshbuild image you can remove some unneeded plugins which will help to free up some memory on the box, especially the zgemma boxes. This can help with overall performance.

From the plugins screen press the red button. From there you select the the section the plugin is in and then select the plugin to remove.

bootlogoswapp - located in wooshbuild
picons - located in picons
unused skins (SkyQ, Metrix or other) - located in skins
IPTV Player (if you don't use it) - located in extensions
picture player - located in extensions

You can also disable timeshift which will help too. Please note that this will stop your instant rewind on normal channels.

How to do this is here: http://www.techkings.org/threads/wooshbuild-v5-support-thread.109525/page-53#post-735949

Once done restart your box.

I took them all out but I went into Usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/Extensions and took out from therr
