iptv bricks zgemma box help?

I'm testing iptv lines on my zgemma H.S box, running XCplugin. Files, username, password etc are all correct. I can watch some sly sports and movie channels in SD, but ALL HD channels and even some SD channels brick my box when I try them. The box freezes and my tv screen turns a colour (purple, green, beige). Really annoying.

Does anyone know why HD and some SD channels are bricking my zgemma?

Could be that the video format is not supported by your tv?
Menu>Setup>Video>Basic settings>Set it to disabled and something that you know your tv can handle and see if that improves it
