Hi

I have switched BB suppliers recently but now cannot access Xtream tv.....i am getting the message account cannot be validated contact your admistrator.Do i need to enter my new password in settings or what am i doing wrong.....excuse my ignorance in this but im a relative newbe to IPTV.

Your supplier needs to remove 'isp lock' on your device which will resolve the issue. The device usually gets locked to your public ip which has now changed due to switching BB supplier.
 
May not be Mac, I don't know anything just a guess, contact supplier , probably as ed says

Which ISP did you move to? Some have filters on, for example if Sly BB then you need to disable Sky Broadband Shield, other providers will/could have similar.
