I’m getting lots of fcc errors on the router
 
having read through this post its looking more like an issue at your end than the provider, as you have tried most things I would reset the router & start a fresh install on your devices rather than changing things from old sub to a new to be sure you have nothing left behind causing conflicts.
 
I think it’s my end to. I’m guessing bottle neck on internet provider

Quite time now and all’s working ace on both providers.

And not as many fcc errors on the router. As soon as afternoon time comes I’m gonna check the fcc errors and see if they correspond to the iptv playing up
 
I’m using Vodafone and googling problems with streaming with them. Comes up with people who are saying the same they can’t make voip calls, play games online, stream etc. As soon as it’s peak times
