No its the whole boutique for iptv that's goneHave you lost your listings or your EPG bouquet(s)?
If you can still see your bouquet(s) but your listings are blank, you should be able to force download your EPG again. I think it is MENU / SETUP / CROSS EPG / followed by force download your epg.

That really sounds like a script issue. Hopefully, your provider will come good and reply to you shortly. With a bit of luck, he will be working on a new script as we speak. Hence his silence! I believe a new script doesn't take long if you know what you are doing, so fingers crossed for you. Let us know how you get on.Hi Chris
Yes the iptv buttons are selected and I have reloaded the dog a few times including full reboots of the system. I have emailed the provider to see if I need a new script as the original one fails when I try to 're load the system. Just got to sit and wait to see what happens. It's a shame we are being treated this way with no warnings or messages of support from the supplier. A case of grab your money and then keep your head down.

At the risk of sounding mad guess what I was sat watching a film tonight on iptv and everything has gone off again.Hi
I received a new updated script from the seller. I updated the user details and password incorrectly. Once I corrected this everything went smoothly and I now have all the channels up again. Big relief I can tell you.
If you are having the dreaded spaces where iptv channels should be obtain a new script from your seller but make sure you input the correct details in (unlike me)
Great support from my seller who unfortunately I wouldn't be able to recommend here.
Stephen

Hi ChrisHi Stephen. Thanks for keeping us updated. I am sure you won't be the only one experiencing such problems. Going back to what you said in your last post, when you said it went off again last night, did you mean the channels you were watching or the EPG, or both? With your newly installed script you should no longer have problems watching iptv channels. If they have gone off again, some channels can occasionally experience problems as you probably already know. I would suggest having another word with your provider. If this isn't the problem but your EPG is, then hopefully with your daily morning update, your listings should re-appear. Try going back into EPG importer to import the sources again.
