Hi been using iptv for a few days now on a zgemma h2s set it up in my epg with its own boutique all working fine gone to turn it on this morning and it's no longer in my epg boutiques anyone have any idea using wooshbuild aswell if that matters

Have you lost your listings or your EPG bouquet(s)?

If you can still see your bouquet(s) but your listings are blank, you should be able to force download your EPG again. I think it is MENU / SETUP / CROSS EPG / followed by force download your epg.

No its the whole boutique for iptv that's gone

In the Autobouquets, you need to ensure that you select the option that allows you to keep non-autobouquet bouquet...

Which image have you on the box? like cumu2003 states make sure non abm if no is marked highlight and use arrow right to change to yes. If ipab image should be iptv folder in your fav group with all channels in it. Go to menu-setup-service search-advance auto bouquet-bouquet show/hide in there press ok on all iptv bouquets vod and untick the old all channels down to radio if you wish then green for save. Exit out to main screen press green button scroll down to abm prss of then scan. You could also restart GUI and see if that brings them back. This is only for Ipab as woosh does not have the same menu options for advance abm maker.

For EPG press green button scrool down to epg importer, press ok. Press blue for sources make sure your iptv are ticked green. Then save. Press yellow to import you should see on top left importing. Check your manu-setup-EPG-Settings- HDD/usb is set if internal flash is on it change with right arrow to device that is set in swap file.

I have just turned my zgemma2 box on and have the same problem. I am using wooshbuild. I had the box loaded with a previous access to tv which have all gone blank so bought and installed iptv which has been working fine for a month or so. This morning when I scroll across to where the iptv section is there are just blank tabs on the top with nothing in it. I have restarted the box with no luck. Down loaded the boquets again still the same blank tabs.

Contact your provider and get a new script. There have been some problems of late if your script uses the Dropbox server.

Have you followed the instructions Bucharoo has provided? Go into plugins / epgimporter / blue button for sources / make sure the relevant iptv sources are ticked and then saved (I think it is green button to save). Press yellow button to re-download from your ticked sources. You should see thousands of events increasing. Once finished, save the events (green button). Leave epgimporter. Then go back onto your epg to see if you have listings.

If you still have nothing, either re-load your script or alternatively email your provider for a new script (as there have recently been a few problems with some scripts - dropbox issues I believe).

Hi Chris
Yes the iptv buttons are selected and I have reloaded the dog a few times including full reboots of the system. I have emailed the provider to see if I need a new script as the original one fails when I try to 're load the system. Just got to sit and wait to see what happens. It's a shame we are being treated this way with no warnings or messages of support from the supplier. A case of grab your money and then keep your head down.

ABM tick IPTV bouquets (show hide), do one manual scan then turn off auto updates or something like that (configure) ABM is a pain in the hole

That really sounds like a script issue. Hopefully, your provider will come good and reply to you shortly. With a bit of luck, he will be working on a new script as we speak. Hence his silence! I believe a new script doesn't take long if you know what you are doing, so fingers crossed for you. Let us know how you get on.

Hi
I received a new updated script from the seller. I updated the user details and password incorrectly. Once I corrected this everything went smoothly and I now have all the channels up again. Big relief I can tell you.
If you are having the dreaded spaces where iptv channels should be obtain a new script from your seller but make sure you input the correct details in (unlike me)
Great support from my seller who unfortunately I wouldn't be able to recommend here.

At the risk of sounding mad guess what I was sat watching a film tonight on iptv and everything has gone off again.
To say I am fuming would be an understatement
I have turned it all off and I am going a miracle happens overnight and it's all back on again when I wake up.
I will keep you posted.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for keeping us updated. I am sure you won't be the only one experiencing such problems. Going back to what you said in your last post, when you said it went off again last night, did you mean the channels you were watching or the EPG, or both? With your newly installed script you should no longer have problems watching iptv channels. If they have gone off again, some channels can occasionally experience problems as you probably already know. I would suggest having another word with your provider. If this isn't the problem but your EPG is, then hopefully with your daily morning update, your listings should re-appear. Try going back into EPG importer to import the sources again.

Hi Chris
All the channels went off. But the epg was fully populated.i tried downloading the boquet and the epg but still the same result so I turned it all off and went to bed. Thus morning the channels are working again but there us now a 10 second lag before the channel comes on.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that it was just a blip at the server end.
Thanks for your help and advice so far.
Stephen
(Also apologies for keep typing dog instead of epg which predictive text doesn't like [emoji16] )
