IPTV doesn't record full show

Hi,
Any help, when sometimes leaving a channel on timer record and ZGemma i55 on standby sometimes it doesn't record all the content. E.g 30 min show records 15 mins etc... Other times it records the full show.

One thing I have noticed and had in another thread is that it will just loop part way through the recording. Another issue I have seen is if I leave the box on a stream and then turn off the tv it will freeze the stream where it is. Not sure if it should do this or not but think it's all sort of linked to the recording type of thing. I'm going to test a multiroom subscription to see if that works with recording.

Yes this happened to me, I've left recording and the stream freezes. Let me know if the multi sub works please.

That's a speed test not a network test ,
If you want to do a network test run a youtube video on 1080p quality (2 videos if you have high bandwidth)
Then open command prompt (cmd) and type this command
Ping www.google.com -t

Hit enter then wait 5 mins then hit ctrl+c and it will give you a result read it or paste it here if you can't read it , it will show you if you have packet lose
