IPTV EPG on zGemma H2H

Hi all i have a virmin sub running alongside an IPTV service installed via PuTTy.
My EPG was running fine before the IPTV install but now nothing is showing?

In EPG Import i have selected IPTV USA/IPTV USA1/IPTV INT and IPTV UK and nothing is coming through at all when importing current sources? Even the virmin EPG info has disappeared.

How can i get all my EPG back for both virmin and IPTV?

How was your cable epg being added originally?

On epg importer check that the option to clear epg before import is set to NO as it may be over riding whatever is importing your cable epg.

For iptv epg it sounds like you are choosing the wrong sources, check with your provider what sources need to be selected.
