IPTV EPG

can someone please shed some light on this for me.
i have been trying for nearly a week now to get my iptv epg working, im using a zgemma i55 box with ipab tv image flashed on to it. my channels are all working perfectly, but when i try to use crossepg or epgimport it deletes all my channels off the box and i have to re-flash to get them back.

can someone please help me in getting the epg working, even if its only whats on now and next like the openbox v8s did which is what i had before

Is there an option in either not to delete the bouquets and just update instead. Can't remember and I'm not in front of my box to check.

to get the epg import pluggin i just press green on my remote and it takes me to the pluggin section, i then press green again to download extra pluggins and its there.

Leemoo - no there is no option to not delete the bouquets, i carnt get the epg to work at all
