Hi can anyone help
I recently sent up my smart tv , with smartiptv app & my line provider
but when i try & watch some films , VOD etc all i get is
" error " then loading HTML5 Player , says loading but nothing happens
new to all this, so any help would be grateful

have you contacted your line provider ?
sometimes if the server as been reset the film section takes longer to load than the entertainment chanels
maybe more to it , im not sure
