IPTV issue or BB issue

Hi guys!!

I have iptv line with a good picture on h2s but the streams stop every so often (e.g. a couple of times during the community shield) where i get no channels!!

I restart box and router and sometimes have to change ethernet port!! This work majority of time but not all!!

My father and father in law have same supplier also with h2s, it has happened with them but not necessarily the same time as with me!! I.e. my father had the issue last sat but mine was fine but opposite on the sunday. We're on different bb suppliers also.

Any ideas?? Do i need an isp??

Sounds like a provider issue. If you have your m3u file you could open it with VLC media player and check the stream on your laptop to rule out a bad configuration on your box. I have a h2s and its runs iptv perfect so the box is well capable of running IPTV.

Install the plugin netspeedtest and post the results in particular the ping speed which is if not nearly more important than your BB speeds

sounds like your supplier mate.

Probably your supplier but just to be sure , run a network test and see if you have packet lose
And check if you have shield enabled
