IPTV Loss?

HI I have iptv sub on Lg tv via smart iptv app .It was ok at first but now when you switch back on it says no playlist loaded? Ihave had to ask my supplier to reconect on numerous occasions. When trying to play vod it gets stuck on loading? Any idea,s

Ask your supplier for the m3u file/playlist and you can upload it your self as only takes 2 minutes and very easy to do.
