IPTV on 10 second repeat

Hi

My IPTV Tx3 mini is just repeating the last 5 seconds over and over, I have rebooted the box and cleared cache. Could it be because there are 2 other devices streaming? Or the provider? Any help would be appreciated.

Dont know about that one because all other devices are working so don't think its a net issue. I have 100mbps with vermin.

Worth a try to eliminate the issue then you know its not your Internet connection.

Dont know about that one because all other devices are working so don't think its a net issue. I have 100mbps with vermin.

Maybe your provider has an issue, contact them an ask if any issues their end. Or simply try a test to rule this out

Yes thats right, i have two of some of the main channels, the other is working.

Sounds like a source issue mate I’ve had this off my provider! Contact him mate sure it will be sorted

Just because you have 100mbps coming into the house dosnt mean your box will be running at that speed

If the two other devices are using the same iptv sub then just check on one of those if the same channel is looping.

If it is, it's a source issue, if not it's an issue with your setup to that particular device.
