There's also monocast which just released into 1.0 last week. Probably the best Windows one I've tried and I've tried a few.

Made by the same dev who developed comet(debrid streaming scraper).

Iv'e tried a few windows applications so for me SFVipPlayer , and smarters . just something that works doesn't need to look pretty .
but it may help for others when members recommend apps screenshots may help

Zero player is excellent. Well worth the money if buying premium service.

IPTV player Zero is the best with the most features but you have to pay 10 bucks for a lifetime license. You can get a 3 day free trial to see if you like it.
The creator has a subreddit and a discord group where he is pretty active and listens to feedback

Desktop Telly is an excellent player for Windows and Mac. The developer is extremely active on Discord and very quick to answer support requests and patch issues.
