IPTV on Sansung smart tv error message

I have a iptv set up on my smart tv and every now and then more often than not I keep getting an
error message saying clear cache TV is out of memory & it won't show any of my channels without then having to do a restart as a work around. Haven't got a clue of how to solve issue help please.I don't know how to clear cache or memory on this TV

Ur tv might be slow with less memory. Add ur sub again via the website and next to add link u will see a box saying save online. That will save ur bouquets online instead on ur tv.
