Did anyone get the lan port issue fixed without having to enable wifi, I just wanted to know what is causing this issue why it does not pick up the Ethernet cable and how to resolve the issue many thanks.

Have you tried using different ethernet cable?
Could be worthwhile trying a few different ones

Yep I tried 3, I find it very intresting as in the past it was pop a network cable in and detected, and now this does not seem to be the case with all brand new android boxes, i.e openbox vx pro, or T95
