iptv playlist problem

Hi folks having a bit of a problem with my iptv started getting URL No 1 error check playlist after checking with my supplier (who has been very patient with me I might add) and he says everything ok his end and problem may be my end so I deleted and reinstalled the smart iptv app from my Samsung tv and now it’s says my mac is activated and there is no playlist uploaded for my tv can anyone shed any light on this problem.

Tell him to delete the playlist off smart iptv and resend it if still same uninstall any un wanted apps and completely turn the TV off even at the socket and wait 5 minuites then power back on the TV
 
Back up and running don't know what the problem was tho supplier put me on a test then when that went ok he re-entered my sub and now up and running.
