Hey guys my previous provider has left me with test channel list on one side the screen the other side there a radar type timer countdown I have request he removes it for 3 days he did so I took a 1 month sub with some one else which worked fine last night I get the same test channel issue from previous provider I've been told my one month sub is active guys how do I overcome this problem using Samsung Smart TV app
1. Copy your mac address down and head to siptv site.
2. Enter you mac address into the clear playlist option > tick captcha and then clear the playlist.
3. Reload the app and it should be blank. Close the app again
4. now add the mac to the add playlist option and get your line details and make sure the type is either m3u or m3u_plus.
5. Add the playlist URL and tick save online and set your country to wherever you're from i.e. GB
6. Click upload playlist and it should say 'added restart app'
7. Open the app and it should be done.
if it doesn't work have a look at your IP address this may cause an issue if its an ipv6 address some servers don't recognise it. google what is my ip and if it has letters in it then its ipv6. Contact your provider and ask them to help you sort it. If using sly internet then you need to disable it on the lan side.
Other than that check you havent had some sort of parental control or web safe type program on.
