IPTV running on Edision OS mini picture hanging

I’ve got Wooshbuild Infinity setup running ITPV only on my Edision OS mini + using Ethernet. Picture is fantastic but I find when I leave a channel running and come back to it the picture has frozen still! Can’t get my head round what it could be? I’m also considering buying a zgemma i55 plus 4K or even a Edision os mio 4k plus would I see any Benefit buy either of them boxes over my OS mini +?

best thing to rule out device issue is install app on your phone and see if you get same results.

i would agree test on other device if the same then could be provider

Do you mean you walk away for a while and come back and it's frozen? Is this on every channel? How long does it take for this to happen?

There are numerous variables to take account of.

Some providers servers do stop after a few hours as thinks it's inactivity to save on bandwidth on server
