They give you a choice of format m3u , ts , or enigma?

Is it a file rather than a URL? My guess, though I could be wrong, is that you have to ftp the file over to the box using Filezilla, which in turn creates a plugin (Xtreamtv).

If not that, it would be interesting to find out what the file begins with and what it ends with.

If you can, opt for the m3u. I imagine the provider is only offering channels with no epg. Once you receive the m3u, you can transfer it over using eChanneliser which will create one long bouquet but atleast it is a start. You will then have to create your own separate bouquets for EPG purposes.

No he had a cline with them but they stopped doing that for iptv so with 6 months left of his cline he asked them to make up the difference for iptv so a 12 month iptv is £45 he got it for £25 ? He has tried ftp to his. Box but he doesn't know we're to put it ? Do you know we're to put it
He has a dream box ?

Without knowing exactly what type of file it is, you may have to play around. Hopefully, you won't do too much damage.

Rather than going into Filezilla or putty, I would suggest going into echanneliser. Make sure you update echanneliser to the most recent version. Connect the box to that using the box's IP address. Then, once your box has been read, create a new bouquet. Give your new bouquet a name and then open it. You will find it empty. Right click where a box will appear. Then click onto "import m3u". If it is a URL, click onto the third and final option (I think it says 'Link' or something). Then copy and paste your URL over. Hopefully the channels will then appear on your new bouquet.

If it isn't a URL, hopefully it is a m3u where you follow the same instructions using echanneliser but when you right click your empty bouquet, go for the second option from "import m3u" (I think off the top of my head). Copy and paste the m3u (from Notepad) where hopefully the channels will transfer over to the new bouquet.

So are they generating a m3u for him or giving him a link to download it?
If they give him a link to download it then a bit of quick editing of that link can then often be used to install a full bouquet on the box with no EPG

Yes via email as the pic shows I put on he says they give him a choice of
M3u
Ts
Enigma
So he ticked enigma for his dreambpx ?
Then they send him an email with the enigma file ?

The way some IPTV providers run there so called business makes me so angry, they are happy to take the money but after that they don't care.
I could make a fortune from providing a IPTV service that is actually user friendly but I'm not interested in doing it. The things I see on some of the Facebook groups is shocking, charging to install their service really pisses me off.

I know digarf I told him to get the one I use mines of Facebook they issue a script installed via putty with full epg and full support?

I would ask for a refund, he the seller not willing to help you install then he wont be there to help if there is an issue... Sounds wrong to me, yes he is tryna cover his own back and stay under the radar but still needs to give some help
