I mean your iptv provider...

Since you were watching the film on android, that's nothing to do with the iptv provider...
 
Which MAC address did you register with the provider? Wireless or Wired? Make sure you're connecting by whichever mac address you gave supplier
 
Yeah wired mate...i've a feeling it's a blocked up from his end..i got a 24 he test for the v8 and never took it cos I don't think it's great on v8 then few hours later this happens..
 
Yes, it can be banned from the server... Same as VPN servers can be banned from the IPTV server also...

But your provider should be able to unban it, or at least get on to his server if he's a reseller...
