IPTV two Lines

Hi guys I have two Zgemma boxes I have two lines so I can watch one and record on the other, but family member was ill and was watching one my one was freezing every min and was unwatchable, I have noticed the line numbers are the same on both XE editors , is this correct or do I have one line that is being split many thanks for reading

Usually when you have multiroom it has to be same ip, address mate

It was multi room before but he doesnt do that anymore so said it would have to be two lines , I have sent him numerous messages and no reply I want to be able to record or watch something on box boxes which at the moment I cant do thanks

well he has just taken payment for a years sub for two lines
