IPTV won't validate/stuck at execution

My username and password are correct, my internets fine, when i click to validate on IPTV adder 1.17 it says executing then the screen just goes off and back to the add username/password/refresh page. I've been trying to fix it for a month now, my original iptv seller has taken his website down with instructions on how to deal with things, hes still in contact but everything hes recommedning wont work, im at the point where ill have to fully restart the box but id have no idea how to install everything back on it as his website has gone with the instructions and theres no guide online on how to set up a h2s box from scratch in simple terms.

That's what it is supposed to do ?
You then run epgimporter after that and do a gui restart to bring everything in.
Then go into iptv bouquets and the channels should all be working.
